Prior to starting LRE, Mr. Londa spent 20 years running the day to day operations of multi-billion-dollar loan and securities trading businesses on Wall Street. His responsibilities included overseeing sales and trading, risk management, strategy and overall management of the business. Mr. Londa brings a significant amount of experience to identifying, evaluating and negotiating complex real estate transactions.
Mr. Londa graduated in 1989 from Boston University with B.S.B.A. in Accounting and earned his CPA with KPMG. Prior employers include Washington Mutual, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Salomon Smith Barney and UBS.
Evan S. Klein, Partner, is responsible for the daily operations, including financial operations, accounting and investor relations, and along with Eric Londa, focuses on the strategic direction and growth, of the firm.
Mr. Klein has over 30 years of experience in finance and investment banking and has invested in properties with over 10,000 units across eleven states. He has raised significant public and private debt and equity capital from institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices and high net worth investors.
Mr. Klein received his MBA degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Albany State University, graduating summa cum laude. Prior employers include CSFB, Allen & Co., Prudential Securities and SG Cowen.
Patrick O’Rourke, Principal, is responsible for the firm’s acquisition and underwriting functions and supports asset management and investor relations.
Mr. O’Rourke has over 10 years of experience in real estate and has played critical roles on teams that have acquired and/or financed Multifamily properties with acquisition value in excess of $1 billion of Multifamily properties. He focuses on manager and transaction selection, underwriting, market research and transaction structuring.

He has worked in every stage of the asset life cycle and in functions including: asset management, revenue management, construction management, development, and operations of assets in over 23 states and 50+ markets.
Mr. Knapp received his MBA with a Real Estate concentration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior employers include RST Development, Harbor Group International, and First Potomac Realty Trust.

Mr. Lacy has nearly 10 years of experience in the real estate technology space, playing cross-functional roles in multiple startups that were successfully acquired. In his roles he has experience in sales, research, marketing and product design. During his time in tech he worked hands-on with hundreds of CRE owners and brokers across the country to adopt and scale their businesses with technology.
