LRE’s investment focus is towards the Sun Belt where over the past decade the region accounted for 75% of total U.S. population growth (15 million).¹ Over the next decade, Sun Belt population growth is expected to accelerate by another 19 million, whereas non-Sun Belt states are forecasted to rise by only 3 million.²

LRE targets states and metros with the following advantages for Multifamily ownership:

• Recession resistant MSAs supported by universities, healthcare and state government
